Job Description
Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator Horses Adaptive Riding and Therapy (HART) Founded in 2015, Horses Adaptive Riding and Therapy (HART) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of children and adults with disabilities through the healing power of horses. We create life-changing experiences by fostering meaningful connections between people and horses in a supportive, community-focused environment. Our team is passionate about empowering participants to achieve growth, confidence, and independence through equine-assisted services. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and enthusiastic Volunteer & Outreach Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a vital role in recruiting, training, and supporting our volunteers while representing HART within the community by promoting our mission and programs.
