We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and passionate relationship builder to join our Lancaster County PA team as an Outreach Liaison. As our Outreach Liaison, you'll get out into the Lancaster County community, meet people, open doors, build partnerships, and connect people to services that can truly change lives. What You'll Do Build strong relationships with healthcare providers, community organizations, senior services, businesses, and referral partners Get out in the community to network, attend events, and create new connections Develop referral and partnership opportunities Represent our organization and passionately share our mission Follow up and turn introductions into lasting relationships Help increase awareness and access to our programs and services We're Looking for Someone Who Thrives on meeting people and making connections Is outgoing, confident, and comfortable walking into a room and starting a conversation Is passionate about helping others Has strong communication and networking skills Is self-motivated and who enjoys working independently Is persistent and understands that great relationships are built over time Wants a role where every day is different and your work has a purpose Your background might be in sales, business development, community outreach, healthcare, social services, senior services, fundraising, or another relationship-focused field.
