Role Description:
- The Patient Growth Specialist (internally known as an Outreach Executive) is a community-facing role dedicated to connecting Medicare-eligible seniors with Oak Street Health.
Core Responsibilities:
- Sales & Lead Generation
- + Generate high-quality leads by executing community events and conducting localized outreach within the Medicare senior community.
- Relationship Management
- + Meticulously document all customer interactions and sales activities within the CRM and internal business systems.
- What we're looking for:
Required:
- + •1+ years in Sales or Customer Service.
- Healthcare experience is not required, but is a plus. + Ability to cold call, manage digital lead channels, and influence key stakeholders. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone presence. + Skilled at navigating external barriers and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. +
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Note:
This role is 60% field-based and 40% clinic-based._ +- Flexibility to work weekends for community events and patient engagement.

Preferred:
- + •S•trong computer skills, including basic knowledge of Microsoft and/or Google Suite + Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and/or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software is a plus.
