Providing Ease is seeking a motivated, relationship-driven Community Outreach & Marketing Liaison to expand our referral network throughout Central Virginia, the Richmond Metro area, the Tri-Cities, and the Hampton Roads region. This position is ideal for someone with experience in healthcare marketing, developmental disability services, behavioral health, community outreach, or business development who is passionate about connecting individuals and families with quality support services. As the Community Outreach & Marketing Liaison, you will represent Providing Ease Residential Services by developing strong relationships with Community Services Boards (CSBs), hospitals, case managers, support coordinators, schools, social workers, discharge planners, healthcare providers, and community organizations to increase referrals and promote our services. • Build and maintain referral relationships with CSBs, hospitals, physicians, support coordinators, schools, social service agencies, and community partners.
• Conduct in-person visits, presentations, and outreach activities to increase awareness of Providing Ease Residential Services.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow referrals.
• Attend networking events, health fairs, conferences, and community meetings.
• Maintain ongoing communication with referral sources to strengthen partnerships.
• Track referral activity and provide weekly outreach reports.
• Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth initiatives.
• Assist with community events, educational workshops, and marketing campaigns.
• Represent the company professionally while promoting our mission and values. Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in healthcare marketing, developmental disability services, case management, admissions, outreach, or business development preferred.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Virginia Medicaid Waivers, DBHDS services, and referral processes is preferred.
• Reliable transportation with the ability to travel throughout Virginia.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and social media marketing is a plus.
