Community Outreach Coordinator

At ACT Therapy Services, we are passionate about empowering children and families through compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming, and evidence-based pediatric therapy services. We are currently seeking a warm, proactive, relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Marketing & Referral Outreach Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building community relationships, and representing a mission-driven healthcare practice in the community. What You'll DoReferral Outreach & Relationship Building Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, schools, daycares, preschools, and community organizations Conduct outreach calls and emails to referral sources Schedule and attend in-person visits with community partners Follow up professionally with referral sources and prospective partners Coordinate preschool and daycare screenings during peak seasons Community Engagement Represent the practice at local networking events, health fairs, and community activities (approximately 6 events per year) Serve as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for referral partners Help strengthen community awareness of our services and mission Marketing Support Distribute marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and referral packets Track outreach activities and referral trends Share feedback and insights with leadership to support growth initiatives Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with phone outreach and in-person networking Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to represent the company professionally and warmly Experience in healthcare, education, marketing, sales, or community outreach preferred Passion for supporting children and families strongly preferred Schedule & Compensation Flexible part-time schedule (5 hours/week) Quarterly community event attendance required $20/hour paid biweekly through Gusto payroll W2 employee position Why Join Us?
