Position Overview We are seeking driven, community-focused County Representatives to serve as the face of Willington Home Care in your area. This is a unique hybrid role combining outreach, relationship-building, advocacy, and business development. This position goes beyond traditional sales. You will act as a community advocate, connector, and leader , helping bring accessible, high-quality home care to those who need it most while actively contributing to the company's growth.
