Job Description

Education & Group Sales Manager Olympia Theatricals - San Francisco Bay Area / Sacramento Olympia Theatricals is seeking an Education & Group Sales Manager to promote and sell group tickets for our weekday school matinee performances, beginning with
PINOCCHIO
- Kids Spectacular! The position focuses on outreach to elementary schools throughout the Bay Area and Sacramento region , developing relationships with principals, teachers, administrators, and other school decision-makers, and converting interest into confirmed school group reservations. Responsibilities Contact schools by phone and email to promote school matinee performances. Develop relationships with principals, teachers, administrators, and school districts. Follow up with interested schools and secure group reservations. Assist schools with questions related to field trips, scheduling, transportation, pricing, and attendance. Maintain organized records of contacts, leads, follow-ups, and bookings. Provide daily reports on outreach activity, leads, follow-ups, bookings, and overall progress. Develop relationships with schools for future Olympia Theatricals productions. Reach the minimum of attendance from reservations/ticket sales to open each date of performance. Preferred Qualifications Former teacher or education professional preferred. Experience organizing or participating in school field trips . Familiarity with California school systems , particularly the Bay Area and Sacramento. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Strong communication, organization, outreach, and sales skills. Existing relationships with schools or districts are a plus. The ideal candidate understands how schools plan and approve field trips, enjoys working with educators, and is comfortable with proactive outreach, sales, and maintaining clear accountability through daily progress reporting.

9:30-11:00 AM / 1:30-2:30
PM Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 30.0 per week
