Outreach Coordinator

LOCATION

This is a Remote position- (Paducah, Kentucky area).

Important to note:

Travel throughout the surrounding area is required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Peer Support Specialist certification preferred, associate's degree in human services field or a combination of degree and work experience

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING

communicate with our referring partners in the medical, mental health, social services, and judicial fields maintain marketing literature/materials contact data management coordinate with supervisor about meetings and strategic interactions with our referring partners handle confidential information and documents answer intake calls from referring partners verify patient insurance information
