JOB SUMMARY

The Outreach Specialist will be responsible for increasing awareness of our rehabilitation services within the community.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Develop outreach strategies to engage target communities and stakeholders. Implement outreach campaigns to promote programs, initiatives, or products. Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including community organizations, businesses, government agencies, and media outlets. Coordinate outreach events, meetings, and presentations. Communicate effectively with diverse audiences through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and face-to-face interactions. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach campaigns and activities. Prepare reports and presentations on outreach activities, outcomes, and recommendations for improvement. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices in outreach, and community needs. Attend all mandatory meetings. Complete all assigned training. Complete all duties assigned in a timely manner. Other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and partnerships. Knowledge of addiction treatment principles, recovery support services, and community resources. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

REQUIRED EDUCATION

High School Diploma or Equivalent Valid Drivers License Reliable Transportation with Valid Insurance and Registration CPR Certified (must be obtained within 3 months of employment.)

Pay:

$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
