Job Description

Join Our Team & Make a Difference We're looking for energetic, outgoing, and self-motivated Outside Community Outreach Representatives to help connect individuals and families with behavioral health and substance use treatment resources. This is a field-based position where you'll spend your day in the community, building relationships, distributing educational materials, and speaking with people who may be interested in learning more about treatment options. Responsibilities Distribute flyers and educational materials throughout the community. Engage respectfully with individuals who may be seeking help for substance use or mental health concerns. Collect contact information from individuals requesting more information about treatment services. Visit local businesses, recovery-friendly organizations, community events, and approved outreach locations. Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts and potential client contacts. Represent our organization professionally and compassionately at all times. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. Comfortable speaking with new people throughout the day. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Ability to work independently and stay motivated. Sales, marketing, outreach, or customer service experience is a plus but not required. Passion for helping others is highly valued. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus performance incentives.
