Apply Now Job Description Responsibilities:
1. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values. 2. Engages in marketing, throughput coordination and clinical navigation of patients from the community to McLeod Regional Medical Center. 3. Serves as the operational and relationship liaison between EMS, community partners and the hospital. 4. Provides a climate for staff in which they can seek out liaison for feedback, to voice concerns or receive information. 5. Keeps administration informed of activities and problems. 6. Assist with developing, implements and reviews an ongoing education plan for staff. 7. Identifies opportunities, develops action plan and carries out improvement initiatives. 8. Is able to develop and operationalize their communicated direction and the objectives of the immediate supervisor. 9. Supports outreach efforts, service line growth initiatives and community engagement activities. 10. Represents Emergency Services during hospital committees, community meetings and external stakeholder events. 11. Performs all other duties as they relate to this position.Job Type:
Full-time, 80 hours biweekly. Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am- 5:00pm.
Training:
- EMT, Paramedic or other healthcare related certification/training
- At least 3 years total related work experience (EMS, Hospital Operations, Business development or Regulatory Knowledge) Licenses/Certifications/Registrations/Education
