Job Description
Ethereal, Inc. is hiring a full-time Community Outreach Representative in Knoxville, TN to represent a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. As a Community Outreach Representative, you'll meet customers at local events, support fundraising campaigns, and help grow awareness for a meaningful cause. This Community Outreach Representative opportunity is perfect for someone interested in community outreach, customer service, or sales. Every Community Outreach Representative receives hands-on training while building communication, leadership, and nonprofit outreach experience in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. Responsibilities of the Community Outreach Representative Meet directly with customers during local events and community outreach campaigns. Educate customers about our nonprofit partner's mission, programs, and community impact. Encourage customers to get involved by supporting fundraising initiatives. Assist with event setup, organization, and breakdown to create a welcoming experience for customers. Work alongside fellow Community Outreach Representative team members to achieve outreach and fundraising goals. Promote brand awareness through engaging conversations with customers. Continue growing as a Community Outreach Representative through ongoing communication, leadership, and outreach training. Deliver an outstanding experience for customers at every event. Qualifications for the Community Outreach Representative Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting directly with customers in community settings. Interested in community outreach, fundraising, customer service, or sales. Organized, dependable, and adaptable in fast-paced event environments. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, community outreach, or sales is helpful but not required. Full-time availability to work onsite throughout the Knoxville area.
