We're looking for an individual to join our team as Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator. Our company works with established nonprofit organizations to help increase community awareness, support fundraising initiatives, and connect important causes with the people they serve. The Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator position is designed for individuals who want to build professional experience while working directly with nonprofit campaigns. You'll receive hands-on training in community outreach, donor communication, campaign support, and team development. No previous fundraising or nonprofit experience is required. We're looking for people who are professional, dependable, willing to learn, and interested in developing their communication and leadership skills. What You'll Do As an Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator, you'll help support nonprofit campaigns through in person community-based outreach and fundraising initiatives. Your responsibilities as an Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator will include: Represent nonprofit organizations at community events and promotional campaigns Communicate with members of the community about nonprofit programs, initiatives, and goals Provide clear and professional presentations about the causes we represent Build positive relationships through face-to-face community outreach Learn proven communication and engagement strategies through hands-on training Assist with daily campaign operations and event preparation Track individual and team performance toward campaign goals Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development Work with experienced team members to improve outreach and campaign results Take on additional coordination and leadership responsibilities as you develop Training & Growth The Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator role provides structured training from the beginning. You'll learn how to effectively communicate with different audiences, support nonprofit campaigns, work toward measurable goals, and contribute to a team. As an Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator gains experience, there are opportunities to take on additional responsibilities in team coordination, campaign support, and leadership. This is an Entry Level Donor Relations Coordinator opportunity, so candidates do not need previous management or nonprofit experience. Training and mentorship are provided.
