What You'll Do:

Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, local businesses, schools, nonprofits, partners, etc. Coordinate community outreach initiatives designed to increase awareness, engagement, participation, and visibility. Represent the organization at community events, networking opportunities, meetings, fairs, and other public-facing activities. Plan, coordinate, and support events, workshops, informational sessions, and promotional activities. Assist with creating and coordinating marketing materials, including flyers, newsletters, presentations, brochures, social media content, and other promotional resources. Develop and maintain outreach lists, community contacts, calendars, and marketing resources. Track outreach and marketing activities and assist with monitoring engagement, attendance, referrals, and other relevant metrics. Identify opportunities to expand community partnerships and increase organizational visibility. Coordinate communications with community partners, vendors, clients, and internal team members. Support internal meetings, projects, scheduling, documentation, and day-to-day organizational needs as assigned. Assist with administrative and operational tasks that support the smooth functioning of the organization. Maintain organized records, files, marketing materials, contact databases, and outreach documentation. Collaborate with leadership and team members on special projects, campaigns, events, and organizational initiatives. Provide general support to the team and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Community Development, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in marketing, community outreach, communications, public relations, event coordination, or a related field. Experience building and maintaining relationships with community organizations, partners, businesses, or other stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with diverse audiences. Experience creating marketing or promotional content for social media, email, print, or digital platforms. Strong organizational and project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Comfortable representing an organization in public and developing professional relationships within the community. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team. Experience coordinating events, meetings, outreach activities, or community programs preferred. Ability to exercise good judgment, maintain professionalism, and handle confidential or sensitive information appropriately. A proactive, resourceful, and positive approach to problem-solving. Flexibility to work evenings or weekends for community events or organizational activities. Commitment to the organization's mission and ability to represent the organization in a professional and positive manner.
