Job Description

Out-reach Coordinator at 360 Supports LLC
  • A Virginia Developmental Disabilities (DD) agency 360 Supports LLC, with her headquarters in Springfield, VA, is actively looking for a part-time outreach coordinator that strengthens community partnerships, promotes services, and connects individuals with disabilities to resources.
Responsibilities include building community networks, organizing events, managing educational materials, and supporting individuals on the Virginia DD Waiver waitlist. [1, 2, 3]
Key Responsibilities Community Engagement:
Develop, maintain, and strengthen partnerships with advocacy groups, local businesses, and educational institutions to foster inclusion.
Waiver/Resource Support:
Act as a liaison for individuals on the Virginia DD Waiver waitlist, providing education on available supports, and assisting with individual service plans (ISP).
Event Coordination:
Plan and execute outreach events, workshops, and informational sessions for families, caregivers, and professionals.
Marketing & Education:
Create and distribute newsletters, flyers, and social media content highlighting agency services and disability awareness.
Intake & Advocacy:
Assist in navigating initial intake processes, assessing needs, and promoting the rights of individuals with intellectual disabilities. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
Required Qualifications & Skills Education:
Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, human services, or related field preferred.
Experience:
Previous work with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
Knowledge:
Understanding of Virginia Medicaid DD Waivers and local service providers.
Communication:
Strong public speaking and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences.
Requirements:
A valid Virginia driver's license and ability to travel locally. [1, 2, 3, 4] Key Performance Indicators Increased referrals to the agency. Number of new partnerships established. Timely dissemination of waiver information to families
Pay:
$22
  • $35 an hour based on qualification and experience Part-time
