Do you enjoy meeting new people, planning events, and making others feel valued? Capital Endodontics is looking for a Professional Relations Coordinator to be the connection between our eight-doctor specialty practice and the dental offices that trust us with their patients. This is an on-the-go "people and events" role with real responsibility. You will spend much of your time visiting referring offices throughout South-Central Wisconsin, building relationships, coordinating educational and social programs, listening for ways we can serve practices better, and keeping the many details organized behind the scenes. You do not need to arrive as a dental or marketing expert. What matters most is that you are warm, curious, dependable, coachable, and exceptionally good at following through. You will receive structured training, established systems, and ongoing coaching through Levin Group as you grow into the position. A role with room to grow. We are intentionally hiring at the coordinator level. A successful PRC can take on increasing responsibility and advance as the program develops. What You'll Do Build genuine relationships with referring dentists, their teams, and prospective referral partners. Visit dental offices throughout the region for introductions, check-ins, lunches, resource deliveries, and purposeful follow-up. Plan and host engaging experiences, including lunch-and-learns, study club and continuing-education programs, social events, contests, holiday activities, and appreciation efforts. Be an accessible point of contact for referring offices, listen to feedback, connect questions or concerns with the right doctor or manager, and make sure the loop is closed. Welcome new dentists and associates and help identify practices where a stronger relationship could benefit patients and both offices. Keep the program organized by maintaining contact records, visit notes, calendars, follow-up commitments, event details, and expense documentation. Track and report outreach activity, budgets, feedback, and referral trends so the practice can understand what is working and where attention is needed. Support our visibility through approved social media, website and newsletter updates, online reviews, sponsorships, and community or professional events. Work closely with the Managing Partner, our doctors, the Office Manager, Levin Group, and approved marketing partners to carry out the professional-relations plan. What We're Looking For Outgoing and approachable, with a genuine interest in people and an ability to build rapport without feeling scripted or sales-focused. Highly organized and dependable, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage several priorities at once. A clear, confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with professionals, writing polished messages, and presenting to groups. Self-motivated and resourceful, with the judgment to work independently in the field while staying connected to the team. Positive and coachable, with the curiosity to learn dentistry, referral relationships, and new systems. Comfortable with everyday technology, including calendars, spreadsheets, contact databases, presentations, email, and social media. Professional and discreet when handling sensitive feedback, patient-related concerns, or practice information. A safe and reliable driver with a valid driver's license, reliable insured transportation, and an acceptable driving record. Experience That Could Be a Great Fit There is no single required career path for this position. Relevant experience may come from hospitality, event planning, customer service, account management, community relations, professional services, sales support, healthcare or dental outreach, business development, or another relationship-centered role. A degree in marketing, communications, business, hospitality, healthcare administration, or a related area is welcome, but it is not required. We care more about your ability to connect, organize, learn, and follow through. Why You'll Enjoy Working Here Variety and autonomy: Your week will include people, events, field visits, communication, planning, and creative problem-solving.
Training and support:
You will have an established program, practical tools, direct Managing Partner oversight, and ongoing Levin Group coaching—you will not be expected to build everything alone.
