Job Description
The First Congregational Church of Ridgefield, Connecticut is hiring a Director of Children's Faith Formation. The role involves work with lay leaders to oversee and develop the well-established ministry of Christian education and faith formation for children in 6th Grade and below. This part time position averages 20 hours per week. Mid-June to mid-August are off with full pay! Ridgefield is a beautiful, quintessential New England town located 55 miles outside of New York City. We are a vibrant congregation with meaningful programs in Christian ministry, missions, music, outreach and fellowship.
