Job Description
Elementary Supervisor At LCA, an elementary teacher/supervisor is responsible for the education and safety of his or her students. Tasks include, but are not limited to, providing academic instruction in small group or individual settings across a range of subjects, assisting students with setting goals and completing course work, grading tests, maintaining accurate records of student attendance and grades, and communicating with parents. In addition to being a Christian involved in a local Bible-believing church, a candidate for the position must have excellent communication and organizational skills, be detail-oriented, be able to work well with a team, be creative, and have a ministry mindset. A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred, as is previous experience with Accelerated Christian Education and Abeka curriculum. Applicants must satisfactorily complete required background check process and all employment documents.
