Deep understanding of pastoral theology, religious studies, and Christian counseling principles relevant to youth engagement. Excellent communication skills for mentoring families, coordinating events, and fostering community relationships within a faith-based context. Skilled in event planning, fundraising efforts for ministry programs, and social work practices related to youth development. Experience working as a clergyperson or in religious leadership roles within nonprofit faith-based organizations. Knowledge of religious organization childcare regulations coupled with experience in youth ministry, religious teaching, and mission work.
