Job Description

Director of Mission Services- Felician Village Join Our Mission. Inspire Our Community. Felician Village is seeking a mission-driven Director of Mission Services to champion our Catholic identity and advance the Felician Charism, Mission, and Core Values throughout our organization. As a member of the senior leadership team, you will lead mission integration, employee formation, and organizational initiatives that strengthen our culture of compassionate service. You will collaborate with leaders, employees, volunteers, and the Board to ensure our Franciscan heritage and Catholic values are reflected in daily operations, strategic planning, and the care we provide. Qualifications Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Roman Catholic Church. Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Theology, Religious Studies, Pastoral Studies, Divinity, or a related field preferred. Knowledge of Catholic theology, Catholic Social Teaching, and mission integration. Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills. Experience in leadership formation, adult education, pastoral ministry, or mission integration preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leadership while promoting a culture rooted in faith, respect, compassion, and service.
