We are expanding our programs nationally and internationally—and we are now looking for experienced College Counselors to support high school students in both the U.S. and China.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, articulate, and student-centered College Counselor to join our growing team. You will work 1:1 with high school students (Grade 9+) to guide them through the U.S. college admissions process—from course selection and extracurricular planning to essay crafting and application submission. This role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' futures.What You'll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive initial assessments of each student's academic profile, interests, and goals
- Develop personalized admissions strategies, including course selection, extracurricular planning, social impact projects and summer program recommendations
- Guide students through brainstorming, drafting, and revising compelling personal statements and supplemental essays
- Prepare students for admissions interviews and help them build strong application narratives
- Advise families on college selection, financial aid, and merit scholarship strategies
- Stay current on U.S. college admissions trends, testing policies, and institutional priorities
- Maintain clear, timely communication with students and parents via Zoom, email, etc.
