In a census-driven role, you will focus on increasing admissions, expanding referral sources, and ensuring consistent facility growth. What You'll Do Drive census growth by developing and maintaining hospital relationships Conduct daily hospital rounds to identify and secure new referrals Build strong partnerships with case managers, discharge planners, and physicians Promote facility services and communicate clinical capabilities and bed availability Partner with Admissions to ensure timely response and conversion of referrals to admissions Monitor referral pipeline and actively follow up to convert leads into admissions Support smooth and efficient hospital-to-facility transitions Represent the facility in hospital meetings and community outreach efforts Participate in sales and marketing efforts to promote our services and brand Track and report census activity, referral trends, and growth opportunities What We're Looking For Prior experience in hospital liaison, admissions, or healthcare marketing preferred Strong understanding of skilled nursing or post-acute care settings Proven ability to drive census growth and admissions volume Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven Strong organizational and follow-up skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive compensation commensurate with experience: $75000 - $90000 ANNUALLY Performance-driven environment with growth opportunity Direct impact on census development and facility success Supportive leadership and a collaborative team If you are a motivated, results-driven individual seeking a challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
