- 60% Represent the institution professionally at high school visits, college fairs, community events, and panels.
- 20% Utilize Slate CRM to track application statuses, maintain communication histories, and monitor key milestones for prospective students. Generate detailed weekly recruitment reports evaluating institutional metrics and pipeline health within the assigned territory. Utilize data and trends to plan and recruit in the assigned geographic territory Administrative
- 15% Coordinate all travel plans for recruitment, including but not limited to logistics, hotel accommodations, and subsequent expense reports Ensure compliance with all institutional policies, state guidelines, and federal regulations. Maintain accurate records in the student information systems, Banner and Slate Other
- 5% Performs other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
ABILITIES
Ability to exercise independent judgment and critical thinking in making admissions decisions Proven driving skills, a strong sense of direction, and solid familiarity with the state's highway, roadway, and interstate systems.KNOWLEDGE
