An Enrollment or Admission Counselor reviews applications and advises on admissions decisions for private elementary and secondary schools, colleges and universities. Organizes information and promotional materials about a school, conducts interviews with students and families, reviews application materials, and works with other school or college administrators to plan admissions goals and identify financial aid resources for admitted students. May travel to meet and recruit students.

Position Description:
This position is primarily responsible for recruiting new students into the program from specific demographic and ethnic backgrounds. Other responsibilities include setting appointments, conducting personal interviews on campus, participating in community outreach, and performing the necessary follow-up to service the student's decision. The position requires bilingual skills in English and Spanish, previous sales experience is a plus. Involvement and knowledge of the community in the local area is strongly preferred. This position is ideal for someone who is self-motivated, has good organizational skills and, above all, possesses a desire to help people change their life.EOE/M/F/D/V
