We pride ourselves on delivering top-notch training that prepares our students for successful careers in the beauty field. Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective students through phone, email, and social media to provide information about our programs. Conduct interviews to assess students' goals and align them with the right educational path. Present detailed information about admissions requirements, program offerings, and financial aid options. Guide students through the enrollment process and assist in completing necessary paperwork. Maintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions activities. Collaborate with the Financial Aid team to support students in understanding their funding opportunities. Participate in community outreach and recruitment events to expand our student base. Build and maintain relationships with local high schools and organizations to strengthen recruitment efforts. Requirements Experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment is highly preferred. Knowledge of or a passion for the beauty industry is a plus. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in technology, including CRM systems and digital communication tools. Ability to connect with diverse individuals and foster positive relationships. A strong commitment to helping students achieve their educational and career goals.
