This is a full-time position. The Nursing Recruiter at Missouri Baptist University is responsible for implementing a comprehensive student recruitment program to achieve enrollment goals for nursing students each semester. This position requires a dynamic individual who is passionate about higher education and nursing, and who can effectively communicate the value of an MBU nursing education to a diverse audience. The Nursing Recruiter is responsible for managing nursing recruitment efforts, conducting outreach activities, and providing exceptional support to prospective nursing students and their families. Essential Responsibilities Conduct thorough transfer evaluations and create tentative graduation plans for prospective nursing students. Counsel students on selecting the best major to align with their career goals and register them for classes for the upcoming academic year, ensuring a smooth academic transition. Engage in various forms of digital student and family correspondence, and ongoing communication, and advise prospective students about educational opportunities, admission standards, financial assistance, and university policies while keeping detailed records in the University's CRM. Provide hospitable in-person guidance to prospective students and their families throughout the admissions process. Conduct campus tours, information sessions, presentations, and individual meetings to highlight the benefits of a Christian education at the university. Oversee the entire nursing recruitment process from initial inquiry to student registration. Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy designed to attract and enroll nursing students, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience throughout their transition to the university. Collaborate and participate in on-campus and off-campus recruiting events with the enrollment team to execute admissions events and other university functions. Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree with sone science background Preferred Education/Experience Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Statement of Christian faith. Experience in

Nursing Admissions:

Previous experience in nursing admissions or a similar role within higher education.

Advising and Counseling Experience:

Background in academic advising or counseling, particularly with nursing students..

CRM and Data Management Systems:

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other data management tools relevant to student recruitment and admissions.

Customer Service:

Experience in customer service or hospitality roles that emphasize relationship-building and personalized service. Familiarity with

Understanding of financial aid processes and experience assisting students with financial planning.
