Position Summary We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Enrollment specialist to lead and manage all aspects of our student recruitment and family onboarding process. This is a high-impact leadership role based on-site in Fuquay-Varina and is essential to supporting the sustained growth and success of our school. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic enrollment plans to meet and exceed growth targets. Lead community outreach initiatives and represent the school at local events. Manage the entire enrollment pipeline—from initial inquiry through tour, registration, and onboarding—while ensuring an exceptional family experience. Partner with school leadership and classroom staff to effectively communicate our programs, values, and mission. Analyze enrollment data and trends to refine recruitment strategies. Train, guide, and support staff involved in family engagement and tours. Maintain strong, ongoing communication with prospective families. Build and nurture relationships within the community to enhance visibility and reputation.

as needed Qualifications Child care experience a must (in management position) Proven experience in education administration, admissions, enrollment management, or related fields. Strong public speaking skills and a warm, professional presence with families. Ability to develop and implement strategic outreach plans. Experience working with families and children in a customer-facing environment. Exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Prior experience with recruiting or family enrollment processes preferred. Knowledge of the Fuquay-Varina/Wake County community is a plus.
