Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for admissions and referrals Review prospective clients for admission into residential programs Conduct phone and face-to-face screenings and complete LOCADTR assessments Gather client information and complete admission documentation Maintain waitlists, admission logs, discharge tracking, and census reporting while supporting outreach and referral relationship development

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment, counseling, or behavioral health Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field Full CASAC certification Qualified Health Professional (QHP) Knowledge of DSM-V, substance use, and recovery services Experience working within an electronic health record (EHR) system Strong communication and customer service skills

Desired Skills:

Experience with admissions, referral coordination, or residential program intake Experience with insurance authorizations and benefits verification Experience with chart audits and quality assurance reviews Experience in community outreach or business development related to behavioral health services
