Current Opportunities Admissions Representatives We are recruiting for full-time, on-campus Admissions Representative positions working directly with prospective students considering career-focused and skilled-trades education. You'll help prospective students evaluate whether career training is the right next step, guide qualified individuals through the admissions process, maintain consistent follow-up, and work toward measurable enrollment goals. These roles require more than being good on the telephone. We're looking for people who know how to listen, build trust, communicate value, maintain a pipeline, handle objections professionally, follow through, and ask for commitment when the opportunity is right. Those expectations are consistent across the current Long Island City and Jamaica searches. Director of High School Admissions We are also conducting a confidential search for a Director of High School Admissions in New York City. This opportunity is designed for an experienced enrollment leader capable of leading people, developing high-school recruitment strategy, establishing meaningful KPIs, coaching and developing staff, building community and school relationships, and creating accountability around measurable enrollment performance. What We're Looking For For our Admissions Representative opportunities, you should be comfortable: Communicating with prospective students by telephone, text, email, and in person Conducting admissions interviews and campus tours Asking effective questions to understand a prospective student's goals and motivation Explaining educational programs and career-training opportunities Managing a pipeline and following up consistently Handling questions and objections professionally Asking prospective students to take appropriate next steps Working toward measurable enrollment and start goals Maintaining accurate information within a CRM or structured admissions process Representing the institution professionally and ethically throughout the enrollment process Admissions Experience Is Valuable, but Don't Count Yourself Out Prior career-college Admissions experience is highly desirable, but it is not required for every opportunity .
