The Undergraduate Admissions Counselor is responsible for recruitment and management ofprospective students within an assigned territory, contributing significantly to meeting the overall enrollment goals set for each semester.The individual will work as part of a team to call, text, and email prospective students/families, welcome visitors, represent theUniversity by traveling to high schools and conferences/events, and ultimately to build relationships with various constituencies, as theydiscern enrolling at Franciscan. The individual will be held accountable to key performance indicators to achieve weekly, monthly, andannual number goals.
