This is a hands-on community role for a dependable, compassionate professional who combines relationship-building with strong documentation and follow-through. What you will do Conduct strengths-based assessments to identify needs, barriers, goals, and appropriate resources. Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related human-services field plus one year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and two to three years of relevant experience. Experience supporting vulnerable individuals or families. Strong communication, organization, documentation, and technology skills. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel locally. Ability to complete required job-related screenings. Preferred qualifications Knowledge of Miller or Sevier County resources. Experience with justice, child welfare, recovery, behavioral health, housing, or family-support systems.
