The ideal candidate has leasing or property management experience, enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can keep multiple properties and deadlines organized. Responsibilities The Leasing Coordinator will oversee the leasing process for our rental portfolio from new property setup through tenant move-in, while also assisting with lease renewals. Set up new properties in our systems and complete required registrations Market and advertise available rental properties Coordinate professional photography and 3D floor plans Work with Maintenance dept to ensure properties are rent-ready Respond to leasing calls, emails, and inquiries Prepare rental comps for new listings and lease renewals Process applications and coordinate landlord approvals Prepare lease documents and coordinate lease signings Coordinate keys for move-ins, vendors, and property access Monitor listings, pricing, activity, and days on market Provide landlords with weekly leasing progress updates Assist with lease renewals and renewal pricing What We're Looking For Active Arizona Real Estate License - REQUIRED Leasing and/or property management experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and task-management skills Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities at once Positive attitude and team-oriented personality Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced office environment

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
