We're seeking an Outpatient Social Worker to join a dedicated behavioral health team in Mesa. This is an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced clinicians who are passionate about supporting individuals through mental health, substance use, and co-occurring challenges. You'll have the opportunity to provide meaningful clinical support, build strong therapeutic relationships, and help individuals move toward stability, recovery, and long-term wellness.
  • _What You'll Do_
  • + Provide individual, group, and family counseling + Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans + Monitor client progress and make appropriate adjustments to treatment + Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions + Support individuals experiencing mental health, substance use, and crisis-related needs + Provide crisis intervention in accordance with program guidelines + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote comprehensive client care + Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the EMR + Participate in case reviews, treatment team meetings, and ongoing professional development •_What We're Looking For_•+ •Active Arizona behavioral health license required•+ Must hold one of the following licenses: + •LMFT•Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist•+ •LCSW•Licensed Clinical Social Worker•+ •LPC•Licensed Professional Counselor•+ New graduates are welcome to apply + Previous experience in outpatient behavioral health, mental health, substance use, or crisis services is a plus + Strong commitment to recovery-oriented and client-centered care + Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills + Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and manage multiple priorities •_Benefits & Perks_•+ Part-time Monday-Friday schedule + Flexible weekday scheduling + Commercial insurance options •_Your Work Can Make a Difference_•This is more than an outpatient behavioral health position — it's an opportunity to help individuals navigate difficult moments, build healthier lives, and take meaningful steps toward recovery.

  • Pay Details:
  • $27,000.
00 to $41,000.00 per year Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
