Clinical Supervisor:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for providing clinical and administrative supervision, as well as oversight to the staff and interns providing behavioral health services. The Clinical supervisor is also responsible for assisting in the leadership of the School Based Services Division.Crisis Services Director:
The Crisis Services Director will oversee a variety of programs designed to support individuals and families experiencing urgent mental health needs. The Crisis Services Director will oversee our Community Assessment Response Engagement (CARE) Team program that provides both 24/7 on-call mental health consultation, follow-up case management and therapy services. Please note that the Alameda Fire Department (AFD) is the first responder in all cases. We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, as you may be called upon to provide emergency, clinical consultation during your workday to AFD when they are evaluating whether someone meets criteria for a 5150 or 5855. In addition, the Crisis Services Director will develop and launch the agency's commercial insurance funded Psychiatric Stabilization Team (PST). The PST program will deliver crisis stabilization services to children and youth at home using a clinical wraparound model.Enhanced Care Management & Family Resource Center Program Supervisor:
The Enhanced Care Management (ECM) & Family Resource Center (FRC) Program Supervisor is a dual-focus leadership role responsible for overseeing both direct service staff and the day-to-day operations of AFS's ECM and FRC programs. The Supervisor ensures high-quality, equitable service delivery to Medi-Cal members and families with complex needs, while maintaining compliance with Medi-Cal managed care requirements and county partnership agreements.Infant/Toddler Teacher:
Under the supervision of the Center Director or Site Supervisor-Family Advocate, the Infant/Toddler Teacher is responsible for providing a safe environment for children to learn and thrive. The Infant/Toddler Teacher is responsible for working with a teaching team in creating a safe and supportive learning environment for up to eight children, 6 to 36 months of age in accordance with the Head Start Program Performance Standards, State of California Title 5, Community Care Licensing and other associated federal, state and local regulationsIntensive Care Coordinator:
The Intensive Care Coordinator (ICC) is responsible for providing support to youth and their families through creating an individualized care plan that addresses goals to support their wellbeing, such as access to resources, and managing systems such as truancy, foster system, juvenile probation, and/or other needs. The ICC is responsible for engaging and assisting youth, caregivers, and other support persons in forming a Child-Family Team (CFT). The Child-Family Team works with identified support persons from natural (friends, extended family, neighbors, community members) and formal system partners (child welfare, education, juvenile probation, etc.) to comprehensively address the child and family's identified goals, and ensure that the activities/interventions are coordinated to support successful and enduring change consistent with the Child-and-Family Plan. The coordinator will be an integrated member of the community and is also responsible for collaborating with mental health therapists, the school district, and other formal systems.Licensed or Unlicensed Therapist Transitional Housing Program :
Under the supervision of the Alameda Family Services' Division Director, this position is responsible for providing on-site, strength-based, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive individual and group therapy, as well as crisis de-escalation and milieu support to Dignity Village residents.Licensed or Unlicensed Therapist Unhoused Program :
Under the supervision of the Alameda Family Services Division Director, this position is responsible for providing on-site, strength-based, trauma-informed and culturally sensitive therapy, as well as crisis de-escalation and milieu support to clients of the Day Center, Emergency houses, and Safe Parking Program. Truancy and Engagement Coach -Case Manager:
The Engagement Coach carries an active caseload of youth and their families that are experiencing barriers to regular school attendance. The Engagement Coach meets with the family and student regularly to assess strengths and needs, and facilitates the development and implementation of a plan designed to improve school attendance and well-being. The Engagement Coach will make referrals linking students and families to the services and resources needed. The Engagement Coach conducts liaison connections and relationship building within Alameda County's school districts, charter schools, the Alameda County Office of Education, and further local agencies.
