In this role, you'll provide case management and home visitation services that support family stability, early child development, and healthy parent-child relationships. Position Summary The Family Support Specialist provides home visitation and case management services to families, ensuring quality programming and adherence to funder and regulatory guidelines. You'll support families through weekly visits, developmental curriculum instruction, community connections, and program engagement activities all while building strong, trusting relationships that empower families and children. Key Responsibilities Case Management & Home Visitation

• Manage a caseload of enrolled families per agency policy.
• Provide weekly home visits, curriculum-based instruction (GGK, Ages and Stages, etc.), and engagement with pre-enrolled clients.
• Maintain regular contact to support family retention. Family Support & Community Connection
• Connect families to community resources and services that promote stability and child development.
• Host and participate in monthly workshops and family engagement activities.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitiv.
