DEFINITION

Under the immediate supervision of the care for elementary school children in a site-based before and after school child care program; to assist the Director in program operation, and to perform other related duties.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES

• Supervises small groups and individual children following established activity plans
• Organizes games, crafts, and other activities
• Supervises quiet times and homework preparation periods
• Observe and control student behavior according to school discipline procedures
• Assist in the maintenance of an orderly and clean environment
• Prepare and serve snacks
• Assist in maintaining records for the program, collecting fees and explaining program procedures to parents, and performing other duties as assigned View Job Description Requirements / Qualifications The following attachments are required to be considered for this position:
