This contract, full-time position supports transitional kindergarten through fifth grade in an engaging, multicultural setting. Youll help foster students social and emotional development while providing expert consultation and advocacy for families and staff. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Current LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) required Valid California PPS (Pupil Personnel Services) credential Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this immersion environment Previous experience working with elementary (TK-5) aged children, especially in school settings Strong communication skills and a commitment to supporting diverse students and families

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, and mental health support to students Serve as a critical resource for families, connecting them to school and community-based supports Partner with educators to promote positive behavior, social-emotional learning, and attendance Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and participate in IEP and student support team meetings Advocate for students needs, maintaining culturally sensitive and confidential care This position offers the chance to contribute to a lively, inclusive school community dedicated to bilingual learning and student growth.
