Job Summary Job Summary Under direction of the assigned supervisor, the Family Provider Specialist II assists child care providers in navigating and providing support to enrolled, subsidized families receiving child care. Works with child care providers using bilingual language skills to determine rates and levels of service, and provides ongoing support with reimbursements and family-oriented matters. Assists families with child care referrals and selecting quality child care providers. Facilitates and/or conducts workshops and training for current and prospective child care providers on the business of operating a child care facility and early learning concepts.
