EXPERIENCE

Must have one (1) year of case management experience. School based setting preferred.

EDUCATION

Associates or higher is required; Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred. Coursework in the areas of social work, liberal studies, or early childhood education is preferred.

LICENSE AND CERTIFICATION

Possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license and safe driving record. Certification or eligibility to be certified as Certified Wellness Coach through the CA Dept. of Health Care Access and Information (must obtain within 6 months of hire
