About PCIRC Plumas Crisis Intervention & Resource Center (PCIRC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving the rural, frontier communities of Plumas and Sierra Counties in the Sierra Nevada Mountains of Northern California. For 40 years, we have been the safety net for the region's most vulnerable populations—providing crisis intervention, domestic violence services, shelter, housing navigation, and support for individuals and families working toward stability and safety. Our mission is to offer every person we serve the opportunity to live to their own potential and be treated with dignity and respect. Position Overview PCIRC is building a team of three Family Advocates who will collectively own the full client experience—from the moment someone walks through our door or calls our line, through intake, and into ongoing case management and housing or safety navigation. This is not a siloed role. Our Family Advocates work as a team, share caseloads, cover for one another, and bring a consistent, trauma-informed presence to every client interaction. Location PCIRC Main Office, 591 Main St., Quincy, California 95971. This is an in-person position.
