Case Manager•Client & Family Support (Shasta County)

Full-Time:

$26•28/hr to start, Up to $34/hr with longevity If you want meaningful work in your local community, this role gives you the chance to support adults with developmental disabilities•and the families who care for them. You'll guide services, mentor staff, visit clients in their homes, and help families build strong support systems across Shasta county.
