Responsibilities Assess client needs through interviews, home visits, and collaboration with other service providers Provide crisis intervention and crisis management during emergencies or high-stress situations Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, service plans, and progress reports using TurboTar Facilitate communication between clients, families, community agencies, and multidisciplinary teams Conduct conflict management to resolve disputes and promote positive relationships among clients and their families Skills Extensive experience working with families, and culturally diverse communities Certified in CPR and First Aid; experience with crisis intervention and crisis management techniques Bilingual abilities to serve diverse populations effectively (preferred) Experience working with individuals with disabilities or special needs is highly desirable Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to clearly convey information and advocate for clients Skilled in conflict management to de-escalate tense situations calmly and professionally Ability to handle high-risk populations with sensitivity, patience, and professionalism Join us in creating a supportive environment where every individual receives the care they deserve.
