45 Hourly Position Type Part Time Apply Description The YMCA of Orange County is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening communities through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individuals for Part-time Youth Development Staff who will be working with children on a one-on-one basis or with a group of students grades ranging Transitional Kinder to 6th grade in San Gabriel Valley. This role is an opportunity to directly impact the lives of children and families by fostering genuine connections, practicing exceptional hospitality, and creating a safe, positive, and enriching environment where every interaction is meaningful.
Work Schedule:
General hours would include Monday to Friday 1:30pm to 6pm.

Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum Age:
18+ years old.
Experience:
6 months experience working with children preferred in an after-school, camp, or daycare setting.
Education Requirements:
48 college units or passing proficiency exam prior to hire for (non-licensed/ASES programs).
