Qualifications and Experience:

Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program Valid licensure as a School Social Worker (or eligibility) Experience working in a school setting is highly preferred Strong skills in counseling, crisis intervention, and case management Ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and community organizations Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Compassionate and culturally responsive approach to serving diverse populations

Responsibilities:

Provide direct individual and group counseling to students Support students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges Collaborate with teachers and administrators to develop intervention strategies Connect families with community resources and services Conduct assessments and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 plans as needed Maintain accurate documentation and comply with confidentiality regulations Serve as a liaison between school, families, and outside agencies This is a full-time opportunity based at a central educational hub, allowing you to work closely with a committed team focused on student success.
