This is a full-time, onsite contract position for the 2026-2027 school year, supporting approximately 45 students across at least two schools. Qualifications & Experience:

Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license, or eligibility and willingness to apply for one. Prior experience working within school settings or with children and adolescents is highly preferred. Ability to engage students individually and in groups, adapting support for a wide range of needs and abilities. Flexibility and initiative to work across multiple sites with consistent, reliable presence onsite.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver services tailored to individual students' needs, ensuring meaningful support related to their learning and personal development. Build strong, positive relationships with students K-12, recognizing and addressing unique strengths and challenges. Consistently supervise students, maintaining a safe, structured environment during all interactions. Set ambitious goals and implement evidence-based strategies to promote critical-thinking, problem-solving, and self-advocacy skills. Communicate high expectations and work collaboratively with educators, families, and support staff. Adhere to established policies and uphold standards related to student health, safety, and welfare.
