09/16/2026 4:30 PM The Town of Farmington is seeking a Youth Coordinator to plan, organize, and supervise recreational, social, and youth development services through the Town's youth drop-in center. The position also provides youth and family advocacy and casework and may coordinate a youth employment service as needed. The Youth Coordinator will develop and oversee programs and services for youth collaborate with schools, police, courts, and community agencies; provide referrals and advocacy services; supervise volunteers; maintain case records and reports; and assist with grant-funded youth programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field. At least two years of relevant experience, including one year in youth casework, group work, community organization, planning, or youth advocacy. Ability to establish positive relationships with youth ages 12-19. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Experience with or ability to participate in adventure-based programming preferred.
