Full Job Description Requirements:
Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a human services field from an accredited university in the area of social work or counseling with 3+ years of experience working with youth in a therapeutic or academic setting. Florida Licensure required.
LCSW / LMHC / LMFT
licensure is required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in computer programs and software Strong organizational skills
Compensation:
Salaried, exempt - TBD, based upon education and relevant experience. Role Description The FSS Supervisor will provide administrative and clinical supervision to therapists within Full Service Schools.
Duties:
Develop and maintain a working relationship with all Principals, United Way Coordinator and DCPS Social Worker in their assigned Full Service School area. Establish and maintain contact with relevant community and school personnel to provide accurate monitoring of services. Ensure that documentation in client's files are completed in the prescribed time (Outcomes Measures, Brief Assessments, CFARS, Bio-Psychosocial, Treatment Plan, Progress Notes, Group Notes, Grid Sheet, Client Trackers, and Weekly Census). Monitor and track staff productivity (units of service/Medicaid) weekly. Assist in discharge planning in accordance with treatment team and client status. Conduct Brief Assessments on all clients when deemed appropriate. Conduct Peer Reviews as outlined by the agency. Utilize supervision and peer reviews to help staff increase clinical competency and professional growth. Coordinate and provide consultation to team members on client's mental health and behavioral issues to ensure a team approach is implemented. Ensure charting is accurate and legible in specific terms. Actively participate in client's treatment plans. Ensure client demographics in SAMIS are current and accurate for all clients who are enrolled in Expansion schools. Coordinate a weekly team meeting with their FSS team.
