Your day as a Facilitator As a new Full-Time Facilitator at Family Resources Inc., you can expect an engaging and fulfilling daily routine! Your weekdays will be structured from Monday through Friday, with early evening hours dedicated to conducting group sessions. Each day, you'll assess client needs, develop personalized service plans, and facilitate connections to vital resources. Prepare to conduct insightful group discussions that empower participants, foster community, and encourage personal growth. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred, with emphasis in areas of psychology, social work or related field. Minimum of three years' experience working with youth and their families. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with individuals from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Must demonstrate awareness and acceptance of cultural differences of clients, staff and community contacts. Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational and time management skills. Valid Florida's driver's license, clear driving record and current automobile insurance. Background compliant with requirements of the Department of Juvenile Justice. Must possess a cellular phone to be used for agency business.
Schedule:
Non-Traditional business hours up to 8pm in Pinellas and Manatee County. Must also be willing to work weekends if needed.
