Social Work Full Job Description Social Worker Locations :
Everwell Port St. Lucie Hospital, Inc Position Summary We are seeking Therapists to provide individual, family, and group counseling services for patients receiving behavioral health and substance abuse treatment. This role includes assessment, treatment planning, discharge planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide individual, family, and group therapy services Coordinate discharge planning and community referrals Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and treatment team members Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation Support patients experiencing psychiatric crises and behavioral health challenges Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and resources Ensure compliance with regulatory and hospital standards Qualifications Master's Degree in Social Work or related mental health field required Current Florida Social Work licensure required Current CPR Certification required Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a psychiatric setting preferred Strong communication, crisis intervention, and treatment planning skills Experience working with behavioral health and substance abuse populations preferred This position requires a pre-employment Level 2 Background check: https://info.flclearinghouse.com
