Our ideal candidate works well with middle school aged youth in a after school program environment. This candidate must be excited to inspire, motivate, utilize communication skills and support students through this program. Strong organizational skills and positive attitude is a MUST! Associates Degree in Education, Psychology, Social Work or related field required. Bachelors degree preferred. Conduct initial intake Complete Assessments Prepare Service Plans and Service Plan Reviews Maintain written case notes Prepare progress reports and court reports (if applicable) Communicate with mental health providers (if applicable), schools, service providers and other professionals working with the client and their family (as needed) Have knowledge of available resources within the community Prepare Discharge summaries Attend supervision and staff meetings Follow Florida Abuse Reporting Rules- Plans, supervises and implements the program in accordance to the policies, procedures and philosophy of Harmony Development Center
